The queen room had nice beds and pillows, the staff was friendly and kept everything clean, and I liked that it was a convenient 25-minute drive from the airport.

The location as the hotel is located at intersection of two highways it was rather noisy.

Excellent and clean place overall with particularly good location to Cabela's store. Quiet and well-appointed rooms with a comfortable bed. Location near the mall area outside, and Magnolia Market and Waco.

Great location! This place is close to Cabela's store 🏞️, as well as the mall and plenty of restaurants.

I enjoyed the ease of checking in and out, the cleanliness, and the friendliness of the staff.

Overall I enjoyed my experience, but there was an air-freshener in the AC unit that I wish I could have taken out.

Full breakfast, coffee in the lobby 24/7 and great price!

Only problem was a slow draining tub which they were wiling to fix or give us another room.

The rooms with comfy beds were great, and the location near Texas, Magnolia Market, and a shopping area was convenient.

I went there for a girls weekend to go to Magnolia Market. The staff was super friendly! They had maps to tell us how to get to the Market and other things to do. The daily weather was posted in the elevator and they had umbrellas for us to use because one day it was raining. The rooms were clean and beds were comfy. Very happy with my stay there!

I loved the location of our stay. Amenities, workout equipment up to date, indoor pool. Very clean in all aspects. Most of all the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. Breakfast was delicious!n

The breakfast with scrambled eggs and bacon was the highlight, the location next to a convenient store was great.

The room was very comfortable & the staff that is in charge of the breakfast kitchen area was EXCELLENT... I was very appreciative of how clean they kept the area.. FRONT DESK STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY & HELPFUL..

The day they cleaned carpets our room was freezing all night... Not good...things happen, all in all it was a good stay.. The front desk and rooms should have a notice that if an ER trip is necessary, where the hospitals are located. I was sent to an Urgent Care at 7 am which did not open until 9. We drove around until we found hospital right behind motel....

They adjusted both our check in and check out time to help me out.

I had a wonderful stay at Fairfield Inn! The staff at the front desk were friendly and welcoming. My room was clean and comfortable, and I was pleased to find the lights and TV already switched on, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The breakfast options were plentiful, although the waffle maker wasn't working. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located and easy to navigate to any places in Waco, especially if you're going to anything related to Magnolia. It is also near enough to Magnolia Market and offers clean rooms and comfortable beds. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing maps and umbrellas for guests. The front desk staff goes above and beyond, even accommodating special requests.

Some maintenance issues were reported, indicating a need for refurbishment and TLC.
